Any investment or donation decision is entirely your own, and Masterfund does not influence or guarantee any outcomes.

 

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will receive funding or donations, nor do we act as a guarantor for any transaction or agreement made between users. Any agreements, contracts, or deals made between project creators and investors or donors are solely between the involved parties.

For Project Creators:
Masterfund charges a fee to host your pitch on the platform. This fee covers the space for you to display your project and reach potential investors and donors. Additionally, a variable percentage fee will apply to any successful funding or donations you receive through Masterfund. The specific percentage will be communicated to you during the setup of your pitch.

 

For Investors and Donors:
There are no direct fees for browsing pitches or registering as an investor or donor on Masterfund. However, any financial agreements or obligations you enter with project creators will be managed solely between you and the project creator, without Masterfund’s involvement.

 

Confidentiality for Investors and Donors

 

Masterfund ensures that investor and donor information is kept confidential unless the user chooses to disclose it. We do not publicly share any personal or financial details of investors or donors. You can browse pitches anonymously, and your information is only revealed to project creators once you initiate contact or express direct interest.

 

Dispute Resolution

 

Any disputes arising from interactions or agreements between project creators, investors, and donors must be resolved independently between the parties.
